The BRIDGE (Building Readiness for Independent Development, Growth, and Employment) Program at Lindsey Hopkins Technical College provides students with unique abilities an inclusive education designed to prepare them for careers in high-demand fields. Approved as a Florida Postsecondary Comprehensive Transition Program (FPCTP) and a federally recognized Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary (CTP) program, BRIDGE students receive personalized support to transition seamlessly into postsecondary education by pairing tailored support with rigorous career training; preparing students for high-demand industries, fostering self- determination, and support independent living.
Career and Technical Education Pathways
Participants are fully integrated into Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, such as Master Automotive Service Technology and Phlebotomy. Pathways are tailored to align with each student’s unique strengths, interests, and career goals, providing the hands-on training needed to earn industry credentials.

To ensure academic and personal success, the BRIDGE Program offers dedicated support tailored to each student, including:
